The Best Thing About PA School Getting In and Getting Out! – Mrs. Gemina Gates, PA
That quote is my 💜 favorite quote of all time and is accurate. All P.A. graduates or students will always agree with this statement. No one can fully explain the P.A. School experience, but once you experience it, you will never forget it.
I will tell the truth about P.A. School and what it took to get that WHITE COAT so that you can be successful!
Non-traditional students may worry about making the right decisions, especially if they don’t have medical experience or are older. The age range and experiences of everyone will vary. The youngest person in your class could be 22 years old, and the oldest could be 60 years old.
The life and work experience of someone in their 20’s, 30’s, 40’s, or > 50’s is going to vary significantly. A single person with no children, a single person with children, someone who is married, and someone with children will approach P.A. school differently.
However, you will all go through the same emotions because you are the only ones who understand the daily grind and struggle at school. There will be days when you will be exhausted, stressed, sad, crying, broke, happy, angry, and doubtful at the same DAMN TIME!
Sometimes you feel mentally and physically exhausted because you are studying all the time, you aren’t getting any sleep, and you still have to manage to eat, shower, and take care of the home.
And that’s ok…You are not Alone...You Got This👏🏾!... The Struggle is Real, but you will make it to the END!
