Blog Bio

I created this platform for people of color pursuing a career in medicine, specifically P.A. school. I learned a lot before entering P.A. school, during P.A. school, and after graduating from P.A. School in 2011.

Believe me, the information I provide about being a Physician Associate will be relevant from 2011 to the present.

I wanted to create a space for you to come for advice, resources, and an honest opinion on what it is to be a Physician Associate. The medical field is a small bubble, and being a person of color in the medical field can be challenging if you don’t know what to expect along the way.

I am blessed to have met extraordinary women and men in my life to give me the support I need to pursue and continue my career as a P.A. This blog allows me to pay it forward to those who need and want help.

I hope you find this blog helpful and aspiring in some way while pursuing your medical career as a Physician Associate.

Sincerely Your Favorite PA-C, MPA-S
